TEX!!! I love him :)

October 18th was Tex's 1st Birthday! I cant believe it. Time flies. I bought him a mummy dog for his bday and man he has already chewed it up. He loves it! Let me just tell you about this dog.

My awesome aunt and uncle, Veeann and Matt Mogle, had 2 golden retrievers who had some puppies. Thanksgiving was at their house last year. The pups were a big hit with all the kids and family. Oh man I was going nuts. They were just so damn cute!!! Taylor had just lost his 10 year old jack russell (while I was doggysitting him while taylor was in Texas) so we were trying to find him a new dog. I sent him pics of these pups. He had not come up with me that day, gotta love marital fights right before family get togethers. LOL. Anyway, I sent him pics of these puppies and he got all excited. I have always wanted a golden retriever. I suggested we get him one of these pups. They would give us a deal on one too. I started to look through the liter to see if there was one that stuck out. They were all so cute and fluffy! The determining point was which ones were spoken for and which ones were not. We wanted a boy too. There was one boy left! He ended up being the one I was eyeing all afternoon anyway. Taylor came up and we picked out a pup! When they were ready, we came back up and picked up our "clearance puppy". Thanks Matt & Veeann.

This dog is the best. He cuddles, he plays, he fetches, sits, shakes, lays down, and pants like you wouldn't believe. He is AMAZING with Jax. He follows him around the house, wrestles with him, plays soccer with him, plays fetch, etc. He could play fetch all day every day. He loves it. We will look out in the yard and he will be playing catch with himself. He tosses his rope or his tennis ball around and will get after it. His color is AMAZING. He is a perfect mix of his mom and dad. Not as dark as Addie but not as light as Beckam. He isn't as little as Addie but not as monsterous as Beckam. He is a perfect mix. He is beautiful! Ice cubes are his fave. He will hear me getting ice for a drink and he runs in the kitchen and waits for me to throw him one. I love it! He makes a great pillow. We will all be watching a movie and Taylor will lay on him instead of using a pillow or the couch. Tex will lay at or on your feet. Chillin in the front yard is his favorite thing to do!

He has seen his sister Jade lay on the couch like she is a princess and he is starting to do the same. He isn't quite as graceful as her...lol! He is such a goofball. Oh we love love love him! He will wake us up in the morning. Either with his loud panting and constant pacing the house or he will lick our face. When the alarm goes off, he is up and at 'em. Early bird dog! Jade will sleep in like she is a teenage boy. And if you dare mess her sleep up, she gives you the evil eye. Spoiled dog!

Tex, Jade....we love you dogs! I was never this much of a dog person but man I love my dogs. Even if there are days I want to give them away.

Wedding Photography

Mine and Taylor's Wedding will be next year, not sure when, but for sure next year. I have already started looking at everything. Any ideas/suggestions to vendors, please let me know. The item I am currently researching is PHOTOGRAPHY. Please list your wedding photographer and any other known photographers that did a great job. They will be the ones to do my bridals and all the professional pictures on the big day. Comment their information - websites are great, phone numbers, locations, etc. Thanks for your help :)

CUTE Book!!!

My mom gave me a couple of cute books for my birthday. One of them is for Jax too. It is called "You Are Special". It is SOOOO cute. If you haven't read it yet, you should. I cried, of course!

Spring Fling/Girly BBQ!

Okay Girls! I have an event in planning process. Here's the information. Email me @ ashton.welch@yahoo.com your contact information. I'm not gonna ask again so if you snooze, you lose. I will be sending out invitations for this event and other ones to come (graduation luau, summer swim party, and more).

This SPRING FLING / GIRLY BBQ! is planned for Saturday May 16. There is going to be Layers Clothing, Mary Kay, and Scentsy there. It will be a pot luck BBQ. I will be providing most of the food and doing an actual BBQ! There will be the regular hamburgers and hot dogs for the kids...and you too if you want some. I will be doing chicken stickers! Yumm! This is for all ladies, mom's, not mom's, etc. Just come have some fun! It will be outside so the kids can play or if you would all rather we can do a Gal Getaway For A Day and leave the kids with the guys!

This is in the process of planning and its going to be a BLAST!!!

Clorox All Purpose Wipes in a decorative tote. I have some at home and at work. Love them!

Tara has gotten me into coupons. Tomorrow I am getting the Sunday paper and saving all the coupons I can and will print some off too!

Pepsi....again! I love it.

Long Shorts. The weather has been allowing me to wear them again. They are my fave.

totally JK about the 1st two pics but i just had to post them.

ah ha here are the ones i like! i seriously wear long shorts to work just about every day during spring and summer.

Victoria's Secret bras. They are seriously the only ones that fit just perfect!

FACEBOOK...I seriously dont know why. It will fade out, maybe.

Taquitos. Beef and Chicken. They are so dang good!
